This service covers the filing of the mandatory annual return for a Ltd company. The return confirms that the company’s details held on the register are up to date. It is required in order to maintain the company’s active status. We update the company’s details in accordance with information provided by the client. We prepare the Confirmation Statement form and submit it to Companies House. After the statement has been filed, the client receives confirmation in PDF format by email.
