Refund and Cancellation Policy
Semper Paratus Tax & Accounting provides services (company formation, tax and accounting packages), not physical goods. This policy explains your right to cancel an order and when a refund applies.
Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you normally have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided we have not yet started performing the service.
When the Service Has Already Started
Many of our packages (e.g. same-day or 24–48 hour LTD company formation) are, at your request, carried out immediately after purchase so we can meet the stated turnaround time. By checking the “start immediately” option at checkout, you expressly ask us to begin before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge that:
- If the service is fully performed within the 14 days (for example, your company is already registered with Companies House), you lose the right to cancel once it is complete.
- If you cancel while the service is partially performed, we will refund the price paid minus a reasonable amount for the work already carried out and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as Companies House filing fees, which are non-refundable once submitted).
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, email [email protected] or call +44 745 638 6117 as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and process any refund due within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party statutory fees paid on your behalf (e.g. Companies House registration fees) are non-refundable once filed, regardless of the outcome of your own cancellation request.
