The document set includes translations prepared for a Ltd company registered through our accounting office. If the company was not registered through our accounting office, we review the company’s history of amendments and, based on the number of changes, provide a separate quotation for translating the documents needed to open a branch. Documents typically translated include: the Certificate of Incorporation, amendments to the company, and the Articles of Association.
