This service involves carrying out a formal change of share ownership in a UK Ltd company. It is required when selling shares, making a gift of shares, or bringing in a new business partner. We prepare a full set of documents required to carry out the transfer and send them to you for signature. We then submit the appropriate notification to Companies House. Once the register of members has been updated, we send a document confirming the share transfer. A certified translation of the document is also available if required for a notary in Poland.
