UK Companies House Fees 2026 — Complete Guide for LTD Registration and Annual Costs
Companies House Fee Changes — 1 February 2026
The UK’s Companies House implemented significant fee increases on 1 February 2026 as part of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCT). Here’s everything you need to know about the new costs of registering and maintaining a UK Limited Company.
Digital Incorporation: £100 (was £50)
The fee for registering a new LTD online has doubled. This is the most common method used by non-resident entrepreneurs, including Polish founders. The entire process remains fully digital and can be completed remotely.
Paper Incorporation: £110 (was £71)
Paper filing is slower and costs slightly more. Almost all our clients use the digital route.
Annual Filing Costs
| Filing | New Fee (from 1 Feb 2026) | Old Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Confirmation Statement (CS01) | £50 | £34 |
| Annual Accounts (small/micro) | £50 | £34 |
| Company strike-off (DS01) | £13 | £10 |

Why the Fee Increase?
