This service covers the appointment of a new director or the removal of an existing director. Any change to a director’s details requires the director to hold a personal authentication code. If you do not have the code, the first service you need to order is director identity verification. Once the code is provided to us, we submit the notification to Companies House. We update the director’s details in the register. We check the accuracy of the entries. We provide confirmation of the change. The service is carried out remotely.
