Description

This service covers changing the Person with Significant Control (PSC) registered at a company. Any change to PSC details requires the PSC to hold a personal authentication code. If you do not have the code, the first service you need to order is identity verification. Once the code is provided to us, we submit the notification to Companies House. We update the PSC details in the register. We check the accuracy of the entries. We provide confirmation of the change. The service is carried out remotely.
